2007 POLING AND SAILING

POLING: Propel your boat both up and down rapids, all while standing in your boat, and using a long  pole to push off the bottom of the river. Poling cruises are low key fun days with informal instruction. Clinics are also low key with informal instruction and a race. Championships have informal instruction, but are primarily races. 

SAILING: Specially rigged canoes make unique sail boats.
