Age (as of 7/1/09) group will be assigned by the Registrar (10-12), (13-15), (10-16/25), (16-18), (19-39),

(40-54), (55-up). 

Classes will be combined when necessary to attain minimum 5 boats/class.

Hard shell helmets, adequate floatation and U.S. Coast Guard approved PFDs are mandatory
